This page explains how to request deletion of your Trackout Driver account and the personal data associated with it. Trackout, Inc. ("Trackout," "we," "us," or "our") is the developer of the Trackout Driver mobile application, available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

1. How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Trackout Driver account, send an email to support@trackout.ai with the following information:

• Subject line: Account Deletion Request
• The email address associated with your Trackout Driver account
• Your full name as it appears on the account
• The name of the trucking company you drive for (if known)

We will verify that the request comes from the account owner before processing it, which may involve replying from the account email address or answering account-verification questions. Once verified, your account and associated personal data will be deleted within 30 days of the verified request.

2. Data That Will Be Deleted

The following personal data associated with your Trackout Driver account will be permanently deleted:

• Your account credentials (email address and password)
• Your profile information (first name, last name, phone number)
• Your driver profile photo, if any
• In-app chat messages you have sent
• Push notification and device identifiers linked to your account
• Authentication session tokens

3. Data That May Be Retained

Certain records tied to jobs you performed on behalf of a trucking company or contractor will be retained by that company as required by tax, accounting, insurance, and operational-recordkeeping obligations. These records may include:

• Trip and job records assigned to you during your employment or contract
• Scale ticket data, ticket images, and contractor signatures you captured
• GPS tracking history associated with completed trips
• Safety checklist submissions

Where these records must be retained, your personal identifiers will be removed or replaced with a placeholder (for example, "Deleted Driver") so that the operational data can continue to serve its business and legal purpose without identifying you personally. Retention periods for these operational records typically range from 3 to 7 years, depending on the requirements of the trucking company that employed or contracted you and applicable law.

We may also retain a minimal record of your deletion request (email address, request date, and completion date) for audit and compliance purposes.

4. Timing

Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion has been completed. If a longer processing time is required due to technical or legal reasons, we will notify you by email.

5. Effect of Deletion

Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to sign in to the Trackout Driver mobile app with the deleted account. If you wish to use Trackout Driver in the future, you will need to create a new account and be re-invited by a trucking company.
